RETURNS, Warranty and Changes

Because of the nature of our products and production process, please read the policy below before purchasing.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

    This includes (but is not limited to):

    • Selecting the wrong size

    • Choosing the wrong finish or timber option

    • Deciding the product no longer suits your space

    • Ordering incorrectly

  • Timber is a natural material. Each piece is unique.

    You can expect natural variations in:

    • Colour tone

    • Grain pattern

    • Natural feature lines

    • Minor texture differences

    These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact within 24 hours of receiving your package

    . We will work with you to repair, replace or resolve the issue where appropriate.

    To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • Photo of packaging (if transit damage is suspected)

    • DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING MATERIALS

  • We cannot accept returns or responsibility for damage caused by:

    • Incorrect installation

    • Incorrect fixings used

    • Installing into unsuitable wall types

    • Overloading beyond recommended limits

    Please refer to our Installation Guides before installing your product.

  • Any damage, faults or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • By placing an order with Welds & Wood, you acknowledge and accept the natural variation of timber products and the terms outlined in this policy.
