Because of the nature of our products and production process, please read the policy below before purchasing.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Selecting the wrong size
Choosing the wrong finish or timber option
Deciding the product no longer suits your space
Ordering incorrectly

Timber is a natural material. Each piece is unique.
You can expect natural variations in:
Colour tone
Grain pattern
Natural feature lines
Minor texture differences
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact within 24 hours of receiving your package
. We will work with you to repair, replace or resolve the issue where appropriate.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Photo of packaging (if transit damage is suspected)
DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING MATERIALS

We cannot accept returns or responsibility for damage caused by:
Incorrect installation
Incorrect fixings used
Installing into unsuitable wall types
Overloading beyond recommended limits
Please refer to our Installation Guides before installing your product.

Any damage, faults or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
