DELIVERY and Receiving your Order

  • We will send you a confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please check both you inbox and your junk email folders to confirm the order has processed OK.

    We’ll send you updates throughout the process and you will receive an email from one of our shipping providers upon shipment. Again, please keep an eye on both inboxes.

  • Please keep an eye on your tracking info. If you have any concerns, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

    Here’s our current shipping times (in business days)

    1 - 2 days | Perth and surrounds

    5 - 8 days | all other Capital Cities

    8 - 10 days | Regional Centres

    10 - 20 days | Remote areas

  • We take care when packaging our items, bubble wrapping and padding our items individually, and using strong, well taped boxes.

    All of our floating shelves will have a bracket pre installed in the rear of the shelf.

    Firstly, try turn the shelf over and gently tap the front edge to allow the bracket to drop out. If this fails, try the following:

    2 and 3 peg brackets will just require a flathead screwdriver or similar, to pry the bracket out, once fingers are able to get under the bracket, pull evenly from both ends.

    4 pegs and over brackets will come strung with loops to pull the bracket out. Again, work it out evenly.

    It is extremely important to pry out the shelf from both ends evenly, bit by bit.. If you attempt to pull out the bracket from one side only, YOU WILL BEND THE BRACKET AND CASUE DAMAGE TO THE BACKING PLATE.

  • Once unpacked, check your product carefully before installing.

    Check for:

    • Timber cracks or splits

    • Deep dents or impact marks

    • Bent steel components

    • Missing hardware or fixings

    Natural timber variation, grain pattern and colour differences are normal and are not considered defects.

    If damage has occurred in transit, we will help you resolve it quickly.

    Please take images of the box and the product, and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

    If something is missing, don’t stress — we’ll sort it.

    What to do:

    1. Check all packaging and wrapping first. DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING

    2. Confirm your order confirmation against what you received

    3. Take a photo of what you received

    Then contact us with:

    • Order number

    • Photo of contents

    • Short description of what is missing

    We’ll organise replacements, partial or full refunds as fast as possible.

  • If something is missing, don’t stress — we’ll sort it.

    What to do:

    1. Check all packaging and wrapping first

    2. Confirm your order confirmation against what you received

    3. Take a photo of what you received

    Then contact us with:

    • Order number

    • Photo of contents

    • Short description of what is missing

    We’ll organise a replacement as fast as possible.

  • Please contact us before installation if you notice:

    • Transport damage

    • Missing components

    • Incorrect product supplied

    • Anything you are unsure about

    Installing a damaged product can make the issue worse and may affect warranty claims.
